Transforming 300+ line charts into an expansive modern dashboard showing the current health of thousands of small businesses around the world in greater detail.

The Intuit QuickBooks Small Business Index tracks monthly changes in small business employment, job vacancies, and revenue in the US, Canada, and the UK.

The data comes from custom-built economic models that combine QuickBooks customer data with official government statistics. It’s backed by a rigorous methodology developed by an international team of economists led by Ufuk Akcigit, the Arnold C. Harberger Professor of Economics at the University of Chicago.
